Shops & Establishments Act Registration
The Shops and Establishments Act regulates conditions of work, lists rights of employees in the unorganized sector and provides a list of obligations for every employer. It applies nationwide to shops, commercial establishments, hotels, restaurants, eating houses, theatres and other places of public amusement or entertainments. 1. Send in Details
You need to send in only soft copies of basic documents such as the PAN cards, identity and address proofs of the proprietor/partners/directors. In case of a private limited company or limited liability partnership, the PAN card of the business must also be furnished. Details of employees will also need to be submitted.

2. Application Filing

3. Registration under the Act
