FSSAI Registration

The Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006 introduced to improve the hygiene and quality. As per the Act, no person shall commence or carry on any food business except under a FSSAI license or FSSAI registration. Therefore, any food manufacturing or processing or packaging or distributing entity is now required to obtain a FSSAI License or Registration.

Documents required for FSSAI Registration in Case of Private Ltd Company

Directors Documents

• PAN Card Copy of Directors and Authorized Signatory.
• Address Proof of Directors and Authorized Signatory.

Company Documents

• Company PAN Card Copy.
• MOA (Memorandum of Association) Copy.
• AOA (Article of Association) Copy.
• Incorporation Certificate (COI) Copy.
• Owner Noc, Electricity bill, Rent Agreement (In case of Rented Premises).
• Owner noc, Electricity bill (If Self Owned Premises).
• Board Resolution and Declarations (Format will be provided by us).
• Water Test Report (If water is used in Food Making Process).

Documents for Food Registration in Case of Proprietorship / Individual

Proprietor / Individual Documents

• PAN Card Copy (Self attested copy)
• Address Proof Copy (Self attested copy)
• Photo of Proprietor (Passport Size) In case of registration)

Proof for Principal Place of Business

Below are the lists of documents needed for Principal place of business.

• Copy of Electricity Bill and
• Consent Letter or NOC (Only if, Place of Business is not in Proprietor’s Name) Or,
• Rent Agreement in case of Rented Premises (along with Electricity bill)
• Water Test Report( If water is used in Food Making Process)

Documents for Food Registration in Case of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

Designated Partner Documents

• Copy of PAN Card (Self attested copy)
• Aadhaar Card Copy (Self attested copy)
• Photo (of authorized partners)

LLP documents

• PAN card Copy (of the LLP)
• Registration Certificate (of the LLP)
• LLP Partnership agreement
• MOA (Memorandum Of Association) Copy,
• AOA (Article of Association) Copy.
• Board Resolution and Declarations (Format will be provided by us).
• Water Test Report (If water is used anywhere in Food Making Process).

Proof for Registered Office

• Copy of Electricity Bill and
